  • peppers - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • oil

How to make

Wash the peppers and dry them (do not remove the stems).

Fry them in a deep pan or pot, until they're ready.

Arrange them onto a plate and sprinkle them with crushed garlic and vinegar.

(Favorite garnish). Serve them either hot or cold.
