How to make
Cut the meat into cubes and place it in a bowl. Put all of the mentioned products for the marinade in it, shred the green spices and cut the onion into bulky pieces. Stir well.
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate it overnight.
20 minutes before you start preparing the skewers, remove the meat from the refrigerator, leave it at room temperatur and then string it onto metal or wooden sticks.
Heat a few drops of olive oil in a pan with a thick and non-stick bottom. I recommend, that the heat is just below the maximum.
Bake, until they aquire a golden brown color on all sides and try not to turn the meat over too many times, so that it doesn't dry out.
Serve the baked skewers immediately, sprinkled with chopped or whole mint leaves for more flavor. Season them with a little salt and consume them with pleasure!
