  • spaghetti - 7 oz (200 g)
  • yolks - 2 pcs.
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cooking cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • parmesan - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • hard yellow cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g) grated
  • ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • chopped parsley - 1 tsp.
  • peppers - green and red (for decoration)
  • green pepper - for decoration

How to make

Boil the spaghetti and in the meantime chop the parsley.

Mix the yolks with the sour cream, salt, black pepper and parsley.

Cut the bacon and fry it.

Add the fried bacon and crushed garlic into the mixture.

Put the spaghetti in the mixture with the grated cheese and put it on the stove for a minute, while stirring constantly - be careful, so that the eggs don't lump up.

The red and green peppers are finely chopped and placed on the spaghetti Carbonara.
