How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar, until a white mixture is obtained. Add the yogurt, oil and lemon juice, along with the grated peel (only the yellow part).
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add it to the liquid ingredients. Stir and add the vanilla sugar.
Pour the finished mixture into paper muffin cups, by only filling them halfway, which you have previously arranged in the muffin tin molds.
Bake the muffins in the oven, by increasing the heat to 360°F (180°C).
The aromatic lemon muffins are ready.
