Ingredients

  • penne - 7 oz (200 g)
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) crumbled
  • mozzarella - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • salt
  • sugar
  • tomatoes - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • savory herb
  • basil
  • yellow cheese

How to make

Boil the pasta according to the instructions and strain it well. Pour half of it on the bottom of a greased small baking pan. Sprinkle it with crumbled cheese on top.

Arrange the mozzarella circles on top of the white cheese. Heat the oil and fry the finely chopped onion, until it softens.

Add the finely chopped and peeled tomatoes and cook them, until they thicken slightly. Season them with as much salt and sugar as you like and sprinkle them with spices.

Pour the pasta with half of the tomato sauce, spread the rest of the pasta on top and sprinkle it with grated yellow cheese.

Bake it briefly in the oven at a moderate temperature, so that they remain juicy and to have sauce.

This baked pasta is delicious both hot and cold.
