How to make
Melt the butter and mix it with the oil.
Peel the apples and finely chop them. Mix them with dates and cinnamon.
Use a filo pastry sheet and spread the fat. Place a second sheet on it, grease it and sprinkle it with some of the filling.
The sheet is folded like an accordion and transferred into a baking tray. This what you need to do with the other filo pastry sheets.
Spread the remaining fat on top of the tart.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 35-40 minutes.
While the sweet tart is baking, prepare the topping, by mixing all of the products for it and beating with a wire whisk.
After the apple tart with filo pastry sheets has aquired an appetizing color, pour the topping over it and bake it for another 10 minutes.
