Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • cooking cream - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • smoked bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt
  • onion - 1/2 pc.
  • cheeses - 3.5 oz (100 g) mix of 4 from a package

How to make

Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Strain and set them aside.

Heat a frying pan with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the finely chopped onion.

Add the bacon and fry for a few minutes. Pour the cream and wait for it to boil.

Add as much salt and black pepper as you like.

Add the cheeses after a few minutes and mix the pasta well with the cheese.

Turn off the stove and pour the sauce into the pot with the spaghetti.

Stir and serve the Spaghetti with Four Cheeses immediately.
