How to make
The meat is cut into chunks. In heated oil, lightly fry the meat on both sides, sprinkled with salt and black pepper.
Add the finely chopped onions, carrots (cut into small cubes), the cut into strips and cleaned from the seed peppers and peeled and chopped tomatoes.
Stir and stew briefly. Add tomato sauce, paprika and pour white wine and a little water.
Season with a little more salt, bay leaf, oregano.
Transfer it into a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 370°F (190 degrees) for 1 hour, so that the liquid can evaporate and remain in fat.
The oven-baked pork bites with vegetables are ready.
