How to make
Season the fish with salt, basil and thyme and place in a tray.
Chop the vegetables, arrange them in and around the fish. Drizzle with olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C). Cover the tray with tin foil and bake for 50-60 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for 10-15 minutes.
The Baked Trout is ready.
