How to make
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C). Clean, wash and dry the trout.
In a blender, mix the ingredients for the marinade.
Wash the vegetables well, cut them into 2-3 mm thick strips. Spread the marinade on the strips and grill them on a heated grill pan.
Spread the rest of the marinade on the outside and inside of the fish, place it on a baking tray with baking paper on the bottom and bake the trout in a well-heated oven for about 15 minutes until it aquires a golden brown color.
Serve the oven-baked trout with grilled vegetables with arugula or a similar salad, if you like.
