How to make
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a little oil.
All of the other vegetables are cut into small pieces and are added to the onion to stew for 10 minutes, the last being the tomatoes.
Season with salt and black pepper and transfer them to a greased baking pan.
Put the cleaned and washed trout on top by cutting it sideways and adding the lemon rings where you have cut it.
Bake the trout and vegetable in a moderately heated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 1 hour.
