  • chicken wings - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • garlic - 0.2 oz (5 g) granules
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • tangerines - the juice from 2 - 3 pcs.
  • salt by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • curry - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.

How to make

The wings are cleaned, washed and cut. Put them in a large bowl, in which you can add the fat, garlic, paprika, as much salt and pepper as you like, curry and tangerine juice.

Stir very well and leave them for an hour or two in the marinade, so that they can flavor well.

Then arrange the wings in a baking pan, drizzle them with 2-3 drops of olive oil or vegetable oil, add a halved tangerine and arrange it between them.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for 30-40 minutes. Serve them with a garnish of your choice.
