Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.
  • cottage cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • agave syrup - 2 tbsp.
  • dark chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • coconut oil - 1 tsp.
  • vanilla - 1 packet (2 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • himalayan salt - 1 pinch
  • walnuts - 1.8 oz (50 g) optional

How to make

Melt the chocolate with the butter. Add the agave syrup, vanilla, cocoa and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with the cottage cheese and baking powder.

Pour the cocoa mixture inside, mix it with the chopped walnuts and distribute it in a mold, which is covered with baking paper.

Bake the chocolate cake at 390°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.

Leave the keto cake to harden for 1-2 hours.

Then cut the chocolate keto dessert into squares and serve it.
