Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs. + 2 egg whites
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • almonds - 6 tbsp. with a tip (ground/I replaced them with walnuts)
  • coconut shavings - 4 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.
  • vanilla powder - 1 pc (0.2 g)
  • sweetener - stevia by taste
  • for the topping
  • dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g), 85%
  • butter - a lump
  • sliced walnuts

How to make

Making this cake is very easy. Beat the products in the listed sequence, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour the resulting mixture onto baking paper in an oblong mold and bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.

The topping for this dietary cake is dark chocolate and butter ganache with sliced walnuts.
