How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar to a fluffy mixture with a mixer. Add the milk, melted coconut oil (or butter), chocolate glaze powder, cocoa and baking powder.
With a chopper, grind 1 cup raw almonds and pour into the mixture.
There may be larger pieces, it is not fatal. Pour into a cake tin on baking paper, sprinkle walnuts on top and bake the flourless cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until a toothpick comes out dry. It takes about 25 minutes.
Remove from the cake tin and cool, cut the chocolate cake into small squares and enjoy with a cup of coffee!
