How to make
Put the sugar, milk, cocoa and butter in a pot with a thick bottom. Boil on the heat while stirring nonstop until the mixture comes to a boil.
Set aside 3/4 cup of the mixture, let the rest of it cool. Add the egg yolks, walnuts, flour to the cooled mix, and then stir in the egg whites carefully (beaten into snow in advance).
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured oven dish. Bake for about 10 to 15 min. Leave the cake to cool completely and pour on the set aside chocolate mixture.
