Beat the soft butter, sugar and egg well until you get a fluffy cream. Add the grated dark chocolate and mix well. Separately mix the milk and yoghurt and then pour it into the other blend. Add the mixture of flour, vanilla, cocoa and baking soda in portions.
Finally, stir to complete homogeneity. Cover the form with baking paper and lightly grease it with a brush. Carefully place the cake mixture into the oven dish, gently flatten it and put it to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 45-50 minutes.
Finally, check the Italian chocolate cake with a toothpick to see if it is ready. Melt the crushed natural chocolate with the butter and cover the finished cake with this glaze.
