How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the yogurt, vanilla essence, grated lemon peel and the olive oil.
Sift the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix with a spatula.
Bake the Italian cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 20-30 minutes.
Cool the homemade cake, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
