How to make
Mix the cleaned blackcurrant and the chopped raisins. Sift the sugar on top and pour the cognac. Cover them and leave them for a while.
Meanwhile, prepare the dough for the pie from the flour, the grated biscuits and 1 egg. Take 2/3 of this dough and cover the lightly greased with butter cake tin, by making a high circle around it.
Mix the fruit juice with the dry, if possible, strained cottage cheese. Add the starch, 2 small eggs and if necessary, a little more sugar. Pour this mixture over the pie. Arrange the fruit on top.
Roll out the rest of the dough into thin strips, which you can then arrange like a grid on the fruit. Spread the fruit pie with the remaining egg and bake it in a moderately heated oven.
Sprinkle the blackcurrant pie with sugar once more.
