How to make
Prepare the necessary products, wash the cleaned blackcurrant fruit very well under running water and strain.
Crush the fruit well (can also be through a meat grinder) and pass through a sieve, separating their juice.

Strain the broth of the fruit through a sieve, dissolve the sugar in it and cook on low heat for about 10-12 minutes.
Add the squeezed juice to the syrup, put it on the stove and after it boils and remove it from the heat.
Wash the preservation containers (glass jars, bottles), put them in a pot and pour water, sterilize them for 5 minutes along with the lids.
Pour the hot homemade syrup into the sterile containers and screw on the lids.
