How to make

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and blend it with a liquidizer, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Add the beaten eggs, sour cream, semolina, flour, vanilla and sugar.

Mix all of the products well and leave the mixture for 30 minutes.

Prepare the dough from the flour, grated butter, beaten eggs and sugar. Knead it well.

Put baking paper in a baking pan, roll out the dough and put it in the baking pan. The dough should cover part of the walls of the baking pan, because then it should be folded slightly.

Pour the cottage cheese mixture.

Cut the apples into slices and arrange them on the cottage cheese.

Sprinkle the pear pie with vanilla sugar and cinnamon.

Bake the cottage cheese pie in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 50 minutes.

Take out the baked pie with cottage cheese and pears and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
