How to make
Chop the dark chocolate with a knife into uneven larger and smaller pieces.
Put the biscuits in a blender and turn it on one degree below the maximum, in order to grind them into very fine crumbs and so that a flour is obtained.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, until a fluffy cream is obtained.
Add the butter and continue beating, then add the biscuit flour and baking powder and beat briefly, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Finally, add the chocolate and mix the sponge cake mixture.
Pour the mixture into an greased sponge cake tin and bake it at 360°F (180 degrees) for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
Easy and uniquely delicious biscuit and chocolate sponge cake!
