Ingredients

  • trout - 2 pcs. (two servings)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • corn flour - 7 oz (200 g) or wheat
  • dried basil - 1 tsp.
  • lemons - 1/2 pc.
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Clean the fish carefully. Season it with a mixture of spices and crushed garlic, sprinkle it with lemon juice and cover it with aluminum foil.

Refrigerate it for 30-40 minutes.

Heat the butter. Roll the trout in corn flour and fry them in very well heated oil for about 5-6 minutes on each side. The goal is for them to aquire a crispy golden-brown crust.

Serve the fried fish garnished with lemon slices and a garnish of your choice.

The pan-fried trout is ready.
