How to make
Cut the zucchini in half and then in two halves.
Then cut the pieces into sticks.
In a bowl, mix the milk, egg, baking powder, flour and spices.
Pour the zucchini into the breadcrumbs and mix well.
Fry them in a deep pan with heated fat, until they're fried well.
Optionally, you can serve the delicious appetizer with an yogurt and garlic sauce.
