How to make
Wash and, if desired, peel the zucchini. Cut it into round slices and salt it. Leave it for 30 min. to drain out the juice.
Using a cake ring, cut out circles in the middle of each piece. Knead the mince with the spices.
Fill the holes of the zucchini with mince and press flat.
Break the eggs and whisk them. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Dip the zucchini circles in flour, then in the eggs and fry until golden. Drain onto paper towels.
Serve with yoghurt mixed with garlic.
