Ingredients

  • white fish fillets - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • parmesan - 4 tbsp.
  • chopped parsley - 3 tbsp.
  • juice - 1 lemon
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Mix the breadcrumbs with parmesan and finely chopped parsley. Squeeze the lemon juice.

Dip fish fillets in lemon juice. Sprinkle them lightly with salt and black pepper. Then roll them in the mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan.

Grease or cover a fireproof dish with foil and arrange the fillets in it.

Bake the white fish in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes.
