How to make
Wash, dry and cut the fish fillet. In a large bowl, mix the marinade ingredients and stir until it's mashed up.
Add the fish fillets to the mixture and leave them sit in it for 1 hour. Bread the fish fillets, by rolling them in flour first, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry in very hot fat until you get a nice golden brown crisp on both sides. Serve with garnish of your choice.
