How to make
The zucchini is washed and cut lengthwise, with a width of no more than 2 cm.
It is subjected to heat treatment in any way you wish. I prefer to roast it at 250 degrees until it softens, smeared with very little butter or oil.
Cut the meat into small pieces/cubes and fry in a pan with melted garlic oil.
Put a lid on and simmer for 7 minutes. Add salt, paprika and ketchup. Stir well and remove from the heat.
Cut the softened zucchini into very small pieces.
Crush the garlic with a little salt and add it to the yogurt. This mixture is then added to the zucchini and is mixed very well.
Spread the zucchini mixed with yogurt on a larger plate.
Put the chicken on top and pour the kebab with the oil, in which the meat was fried.
