How to make
Sift the flour and pour it into a deep bowl.
Beat the yolk and add the water and salt.
Add the water to the flour, add the oil, knead a soft dough and if necessary, add more water or flour.
Cover the bowl with cling film and leave it for 1 hour at room temperature.
Crumble the cheese and add the beaten eggs and stir.
Divide the dough into balls of equal size and roll them out into circles.
Add the stuffing in the middle of each one and close them up, shape the chebureki and fry them in plenty of fat.
