Ingredients

  • einkorn flour - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • almond flour - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • butter - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • chocolate - 7 oz (200 g) 70% cocoa
  • sea salt - a pinch
  • sugar - 1.4 oz (40 g) fine
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
  • brown sugar - 4.2 oz (120 g) Muscovado
  • eggs - 2 pcs.

How to make

Turn the oven on to 360°F (180 degrees) and prepare a tray with baking paper.

Melt the chocolate and butter and stir. Beat the eggs with the brown sugar and the vanilla with a mixer.

Add it to the chocolate mixture. Mix with both types of flour, baking powder and sea salt.

Using a spoon, pour the einkorn biscuit mixture onto the baking paper.
