How to make
Peel and slice the avocado, garlic and tomato. Squeeze the juice from the lime and grate its peel. Place it in a blender and add the arugula, olive oil and basil in it.
Blend it to a smooth consistency and season with salt and black pepper.
Boil the ravioli in salted water according to the manufacturer's instructions. My advice is to never add oil to the water, because the common belief that this is a trick to keep the paste from sticking is not true. That way it would just soften more and not stay al dente, as it should be.
Strain the water and serve in portions (you will have three portions of this amount).
On top of each pour some of the sauce and garnish the ravioli with beef and avocado and lime sauce with fresh basil leaves .
