Ingredients

  • onion - 6 large onions
  • mushrooms - 7 pcs.
  • sausage - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • cooking cream - 6 tbsp.
  • oil - for frying
  • parsley - 5 stalks
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste

How to make

Clean the onion without cutting it on top. Put it in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Take it out and leave it to cool.

Then cut from the top, so that it becomes like a lid and carve out the inside with a spoon, by making sure that at least 2 layers of it remain.

Wash and chop the mushrooms, fry them in a little fat and add them (finely chopped) to the inside of the onion.

Also add black pepper and as much salt as you like. Fry for a maximum of 3 minutes.

Cut the sausage into small pieces and put it in a little fat to fry and fill the onion heads with the mixture.

Put a spoonful of cream on top and arrange the stuffed onions in a greased baking pan.

Place them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) to bake for 25 minutes.

When they are ready, sprinkle them with finely chopped parsley, cover them with their lids and serve them.

The stuffed onions with sausage and mushrooms is ready.
