  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • mushrooms - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • sausage - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • eggs - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • sea salt - as much as it is needed
  • black pepper - freshly ground

How to make

A frittata with spinach, sausage and mushrooms for those who like to eat delicious food.

Wash the spinach and drain it from the water well. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Finely chop the garlic. Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees).

In a large, heated skillet, fry the spinach with a little butter, until it softens.

In another skillet, fry the mushrooms in the remaining butter, add the sausage, spinach and garlic, add salt, black pepper and pour the seasoned beaten eggs over everything else.

Bake the frittata with sausage in a preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes.

After you remove it from the oven, wait 5 minutes.

Cut and serve the frittata with a salad of your choice.
