How to make
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
Make a marinade from wine, lemon juice, sea salt, parsley and olive oil.
Wash the lemon and cut it into slices.
Wash, dry and spread the inside and outside of the trout with the prepared marinade.
At the bottom of the baking pan put baking paper, sprinkle it with olive oil and put the fish on top, arrange lemon slices on each one and bake it for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven.
Serve the oven-baked trout with boiled potatoes with Swiss chard.
