How to make
Divide the dough into 12 balls. With oiled hands pull and make a sheet from each ball, in which you sprinkle crumbled feta cheese. Roll them up, twist and tie. Arrange them in a greased baking dish with oil.
Leave them to rise in a warm place. Then smear with beaten egg, put a piece of butter on each of them. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove and smear them lightly with butter and cover with paper and a towel for 10 minutes.
