How to make
Wash and cut the well-cleaned nettles into bulky pieces. If desired, you can boil it, but if it is fresh and from the garden, you can add it raw, as it will retain its true taste and useful properties.
Pour it into the blender jug and add the sesame tahini. Add the pre-washed and soaked sunflower seeds (15-20 minutes).
Then add the walnuts and spices - Himalayan salt, cumin, black pepper and lemon juice. Add water to the desired density. The green healthy pesto is ready!
