How to make
Wash the turkey legs well (2 pcs.). Put them in a fireproof dish with a lid.
Sprinkle them on all sides with turmeric, ginger, black pepper and a little salt (keeping in mind, that the bacon is salted).
Sprinkle with corn flour (2 tsp). On top of each leg, put thin pieces of bacon.
Pour a little warm water into the baking pan and put the legs in the oven with the lid off of the baking dish.
Turn the oven on to 390°F (200 degrees) and bake until they aquire an appetizing golden color for approximately 1 and 1/2 hours or 2 hours (as long as it takes).
Serve the oven-baked turkey legs with a salad of your choice.
