"You will make wonderful sandwiches with these garlic bread buns for breakfast"

Ingredients

  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • water - 4.5 fl oz (135 ml)
  • flour - 11 oz (310 g)
  • fresh yeast - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • sugar - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • salt - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • yogurt - 2 tbsp.
  • soft butter - 1.6 oz (45 g)

How to make

The water should be up to 100°F (37 degrees). Dissolve the yeast and sugar in it and leave the mixture for ten minutes.

Sift the flour and make a well. Pour the yeast into it. Add butter, garlic, yogurt. Knead the dough.

Form 8 oblong garlic bread buns, arrange them in a suitable tray lined with baking paper. Make several incisions on each one.

Leave them to rise for another hour. Add a clove of crushed garlic to the other butter. Stir and spread the finished bread.

Bake them for 20 minutes at 340°F (170 degrees) or until they aquire a golden color.
