How to make
The water should be up to 100°F (37 degrees). Dissolve the yeast and sugar in it and leave the mixture for ten minutes.
Sift the flour and make a well. Pour the yeast into it. Add butter, garlic, yogurt. Knead the dough.
Form 8 oblong garlic bread buns, arrange them in a suitable tray lined with baking paper. Make several incisions on each one.
Leave them to rise for another hour. Add a clove of crushed garlic to the other butter. Stir and spread the finished bread.
Bake them for 20 minutes at 340°F (170 degrees) or until they aquire a golden color.
The garlic sandwich bread buns are ready!
