How to make
Finely chop the onion and chop the garlic, pepper and parsley. Add both types of minced meat and mix everything very well.
Season the minced meat with hot paprika, cumin, black pepper and paprika. Knead very well, cover the bowl and refrigerate it for a few hours.
Form large balls of minced meat. Prepare metal skewers, because this way the minced meat will be baked well inside. Carefully string them on the skewers and spread them along the entire length to form the kebab.
Heat a grill or grill pan, grease it and bake the adana kebabs on all sides until they're done.
Serve them with grilled vegetables.
