Ingredients

  • raw cashew - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dark raisins - 3 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • coconut shavings - 3 tbsp.
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp.
  • water - 1 tbsp.

How to make

First grind the cashews. When it turns into a powder, add the raisins and cocoa to it. Blend for about 2 minutes and add the other products. Blend again until a completely homogenous mixture is obtained.

A thick mixture will be obtained. Cut a piece of cling film and pour the mixture on it. Wrap it and shape it as you like.

Refrigerate it for 2 hours and then you cut it and serve it.

If you like, sprinkle the halva with coconut shavings.
