How to make
Strain the chickpeas well and blend them in a food processor.
Add the finely chopped onion, garlic and parsley, as well as the coriander, cumin, baking powder, salt and black pepper.
Mix everything into a smooth paste, which is left to aside for half an hour.
The falafels are formed into balls, which are then arranged in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake them until they aquire a golden color.
The oven-baked falafels are ready.
