How to make
Clean the duck well, wash it and let it drain from the water. Prepare a marinade from the milk, white wine, lemon juice, ground apples and spices.
Rub the duck with it inside and out, then put it in the fridge for one night. The next day, take it out of the marinade, place it on a grill in a tray.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 90 min. Turn it from time to time and baste it with the marinade it sat in overnight.
