How to make
Peel the leeks and chop them finely. Add 2 peeled and chopped cloves of garlic. Saute them in oil until softened. Add the finely chopped cabbage, paprika and season with salt.
Pour in hot water, enough to cover the cabbage. Cook on low heat until the cabbage softens. Take the cooked cabbage off the heat.
Peel the onions, mushrooms and garlic. Chop them finely and saute them in the oil. Wash the cleaned rice and add it to the mixture. Sprinkle with the crumbled broth cube. Braise until the rice turns clear, while stirring nonstop.
Stuff the duck with the prepared mixture.
Pour the cabbage into an oven dish. Place the duck on top. Cover the oven dish with foil and press well.
Bake in the oven on low heat.
