Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 6
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • wine - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/5 cup (70 ml)
  • feta cheese
  • for the bed
  • tomatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g), small
  • onions - 2 heads
  • peppers - 1/2 jar of roasted red peppers
  • garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp, ground
  • savory - 1 tsp, crumbled
  • salt
  • oil - 3 tablespoons

How to make

The steaks are salted and sprinkled with ground black pepper. Soak in wine directly in the pan in which you will bake. After 2-3 hours, heat the oil in a separate pan and fry the steaks evenly on both sides.

Arrange the fried steaks in the tray with wine again and put them to bake in a moderately heated oven. Put the bisected small tomatoes in the tray with the steaks. Heat the oil and fry the chopped onion and peeled and chopped peppers.

Add sliced garlic, cumin and savory. Once ready, remove from the heat and mix with crumbled feta cheese. Serve the steaks with the tomatoes on a bed of fried vegetables.
