How to make
Pour the peas from the jar into a strainer and wash them well with water. Peel and grate the onion or you can also cut it into small pieces.
Wash, peel and slice the carrot. Clean the peppers from their seeds and stems and cut them as well.
In a pot with water and oil, stew the onions, carrots and peppers. Once the water evaporates, add the peas, flour, paprika, black pepper and curry.
Pour 2-3 cups of warm water and boil the lean stew for a few minutes. Then add the tomatoes - peeled and finely chopped. If necessary, season with salt.
Boil the pea stew to the desired density.
Serve the thick pea stew, sprinkled with finely chopped fresh parsley.
