Ingredients

  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • butter - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • red hot peppers - 2 pcs.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp. (coarsely ground)
  • parsley - 2 tbsp.
  • small mushrooms - 2.2 lb (1 kg)

How to make

The garlic needs to be pressed and the hot peppers are cut into small pieces. Heat the olive oil along with the butter in the pan.

Add garlic, mushrooms and peppers. Cook and stir constantly for about 5 minutes or until the mushrooms soften.

After the mushrooms have softened, add the lemon juice, black pepper and parsley.
