How to make
Clean the fish. Mix the pesto and mustard. Add the juice from half a lemon.
Season the fish with salt and sprinkle it with the fish spice.
Spread it generously with the resulting paste.
Grease the bottom of the baking tray with butter. Place the fish in it.
Peel the garlic cloves and place them around and in the trout bellies.
Cut the cleaned mushrooms, arrange them around the fish, add the remaining butter and lemon slices.
Bake the fish in a preheated oven until it aquires a golden brown color.
