  • lemons - 1
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • mustard - 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 2
  • breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup

How to make

Cut the fish into coarse pieces and season them with salt and lemon. Chop the onions and garlic, then mix them with the mustard.

Smear the carp pieces with the resulting mixture and let them sit for 3 hours. Roll each piece in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry them in heated oil and serve with boiled potatoes.
