How to make
Roll out the dough and cut it into squares.
In the middle place a teaspoon of peach jam and cover it with another square.
With the help of a fork, press the edges on all sides.
In a baking tray lined with baking paper, arrange the puff pastries and bake them at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 20-30 minutes or until they aquire a golden color!
Sprinkle the puff pastries with powdered sugar!
The puff pastries with homemade peach jam are ready.
